Man it’s been too long since i sat down here with my thoughts. Been a lot of things holding my attention lately. So time to put some of it out there.

Armor- I’m participating in a bible study on spiritual warfare, working through the Armor of God in Eph 6:10-18. Was challenged with which is your weakest. For me My thought life, is my biggest challenge, so I started intentionally putting on the helmet of salvation. A helmet covers your head, protecting your brain from attack. I put it on, trusting God, that his divine protection of my thought life is active. A helmet also restricts your vision, so i also trust Him to keep my vision on His Will, His desire for my life.

As i consider the other parts, the breastplate, as armor it protects your heart, as i “armor up” in the morning, I ask God to protect my heart, keep my desire on Him.

Shoes, of preparation of the Gospel of Peace. My prayer here is God, let my path through the day leave tracks of your peace. It helps me make sure where I walk is God honoring.
